  • Close the pan with a lid and leave it for 4-5 minutes.

  • Add 1 or 2 spoons of water, chicken or veg broth. By adding water, it will help to retain moisture. It will also maintain the texture of the fried rice.

You can use stainless steel or oven-safe utensil, instead of using plastic. Put fried rice into this container.

Now add 1-2 spoons of water, it will retain moisture in fried rice.

Put the lid of the container place it in the preheated oven and wait for 15-20 minutes.

4. Reheating Fried Rice By Using an Air Fryer:-

By using an air fryer, fried rice can be reheated within less time, and it gives the same taste as reheating on the stove. It is a good option because there is no requirement to add extra oil.

In the first step, you should preheat the air fryer up to 400 F, before placing the container.

Stir the fried rice with a fork to break clumps and place fried rice into a cake or baking tin. The oven-safe container can be used.
