CHILLI POWDER

Chilli is the typical spelling in American English, and “chilli” (spelt with two “l”s) is the standard spelling in British English. Chilli is added to food as a spice to give it pungency and flavour. Globally there is, perhaps, no dish or any food item that does not contain some kind of chilli for taste enhancement. It is mostly used in Indian cooking and is named after the Kashmir region. Kashmiri chilli is popular amongst almost every household across India despite belonging to a specific region. The reason for its popularity is its appropriate rich taste and high quality.
